It is plastic and looks like rattan. Very funny design, I think it is cute. Good for making house look nice, like having a fake plant. But, my cats do not like to go inside. They just look at it. I still like it for decoration. It is nice to have in the room even if cats do not use it much.
It is more like a funny and pretty piece for home than cat house. I laugh because it is unusual but good idea for people who like plants and cats. Even without cats using it, I am happy to have it. It adds something special to my home.

I decided to use this as more of a hide-y-hole for the cats instead of a litterbox, but it works well either way. Going to be planting some cat grass in the top too. 😀
The cats jumped in as soon as I got the pieces together and there is always someone lurking in there. xD Room enough for even one of my bulky boys to chill and it looks lovely.
The fake plants that came with it are nice too, but I put them elsewhere since I am growing a real plant in the top. Also came with more stones than you really need in there, so you can use them in other planters or put them in a dish for decorations since they are nice looking.
Overall, looks great and is kitty approved!

It was amazing at 1st. Then we had to change to litter and it was a disaster. The top has to be removed & with the fake plant & river stones in the top, they spill everywhere. There just isn’t an easy way to empty the base. We loved it because the kitty couldn’t throw the litter everywhere. For that fact, She can still kick it right out the front door. We are going to try to give it away.

This litter box is so cute and convenient. We’ve converted full closets into litter rooms in an attempt to hide their boxes. This has a large opening in the back making it easy for the cats to get in and out. I do think the artificial plant on top could be a little better, the leaves are crinkled and don’t really hold a nice form but that can be switched out no problem. I like that there’s a carbon filter on the top and that I can easily remove the top to clean it out. Easy to put together and use.

I loved the idea of using this as a hidden litter box that was a bit less of an eyesore. My cat is around 12 pounds, and I don’t think this would have been big enough to use for that purpose.
It’s fairly straightforward to assemble, and even though the base was bent out of shape, clicking it into the top portion of the dome, forced it to straighten out. It comes with a filter, a fake plant, and a foam floral block that all sit in a pan attached to the top portion of the dome.
You could easily switch out the plant, or put something different altogether in the top.
It’s quite possible somebody with a much smaller cat could use this as a litter box. Our cat was happy to use it as a Bed/Hideaway.
It’s sturdy and does not knock over easily. It comes with black rocks to put around the fake plant. About 30% of the rocks it came with were of chokeable size for our baby, so we opted not to utilize those.
The plant included looks very fake, but the stems have a wire center so you can adjust them to look slightly more natural in shape. I will likely switch out the plant eventually to some thing that has a little more life to it.
If you have a small cat and are looking for a visually appealing litter solution, or if you have an average size cat and want to have a cute cat bed, it’s a quality product that I would recommend.

I wanted something that would contain the smell of the box, this does that well. I was concerned that my somewhat feral cat would go in the little area..she loves it. I think she feels comfortable knowing nothing can get to her. A bit difficult to scoop, but worth it. I absolutely love this product!
